During your stay, you will find museums that will surprise you for their quality.  Such as MACA, Art Museum, it was born of the sensibility of one of our artists, Eusebio Sempere who was contemporary and friend mostly of great Spanish artists in the 20th Century. In MARQ, Archeological Museum, you will discover the daily life of the Iberians, the first inhabitants of the Iberian Peninsula. You will live the arrival of the ancient cultures of the Mediterranean to our coasts: Greeks, Romans, Arabs ... You will almost able to touch our History. CONSEJOS PREPARACIÓN DELE A1 A B1

GENERAL

-   - Duerme bien el día de antes y llega puntualmente a la hora del examen

-   - Mantén la calma y visualiza que todo va a ir bien en el examen.

-   - Lee las preguntas y las respuestas atentamente.

-   - Usa el cuadernillo de examen como borrador para las pruebas, después no olvides marcar las respuestas en la HOJA DE RESPUESTAS.

-   - Controla siempre el tiempo de cada tarea.

-   - Practica para conocer la estructura de examen y las tareas de cada prueba, así como el tipo de lenguaje.

-   - Recuerda que no podrás usar ningún tipo de material ni diccionario durante las pruebas.

-   -  Las pruebas I y II, Comprensión Lectora y Comprensión Auditiva deben rellenarse en lápiz. - La prueba III, Expresión e Interacción Escrita debe completarse con bolígrafo.

-     - Si te equivocas en la prueba I y II, borra y marca la respuesta que creas correcta. No marques nunca dos respuestas.

COMPRENSIÓN LECTORA

-  - No vas a necesitar el mismo tiempo para todas las tareas, algunas te resultarán más fáciles que otras, identifica la tarea que más tiempo te exigen para practicarla más y dedicarle el tiempo que hayas podido ahorrar en las otras tareas que hayan sido más fáciles para ti.

-  - Haz una primera lectura de los textos, lee las preguntas, vuelve a leer otra vez el texto y busca la respuesta.  Marca la respuesta subrayándola en el texto. Eso te confirmará que es la respuesta correcta.

-  - Busca siempre palabras clave y márcalas, (sinónimos, palabras equivalentes o incluso antónimos) te ayudarán a encontrar más rápidamente la respuesta a las diferentes preguntas.

COMPRENSIÓN AUDITIVA

-  - Usa el tiempo extra que puedas tener después de la Prueba I de Comprensión lectora para leer las preguntas y respuestas de la Prueba II de Comprensión auditiva.

-  - Imagina el tipo de texto y de vocabulario del que se pueda hablar en las diferentes audiciones a partir de las preguntas que te hacen.

-  - Concéntrate durante la audición. Toma notas si te resulta más fácil.

-   - Normalmente el orden de preguntas está relacionado con el de la información que se presenta pero a veces no es así.

-  - Marca la respuesta que creas correcta directamente durante la primera audición en el cuadernillo de examen, tras la segunda audición confirma que esa es la respuesta correcta.

- - Usa el tiempo que te dan al terminar cada tarea para marcar las respuestas en la HOJA DE RESPUESTAS.

EXPRESIÓN E INTERACCIÓN ESCRITA

-   - Practica la escritura tanto como te sea posible.

-   - Responde a todos los aspectos (pautas) que se te piden en las diferentes pruebas.

-   - No olvides saludos y despedidas en los textos de carácter epistolar: mensajes, cartas, e-mails.

-   - Controla el número de palabras.

-   - Escribe un borrador y pásalo a la HOJA DE RESPUESTAS.

-   - No te salgas de los límites de la HOJA DE RESPUESTAS, no escribas en los márgenes ni detrás de la hoja.

-    - Lee los textos de entrada y las pautas a seguir para poder escribir los textos respondiendo a los mismos.

-     - No es necesario que en los textos respondan a experiencias personales, puedes imaginar y adornarlos.

-           

EXPRESIÓN E INTERACCIÓN ORAL

-    - Imagina tu prueba oral, la situación en la que se desarrollará, practica mentalmente tu examen.

-   -  No tengas miedo de tomar la iniciativa durante la prueba

-    -  Al comenzar la prueba oral te harán unas preguntas de cortesía: nombre, profesión, relación con el español… tenlas preparadas.

-     - También te preguntarán si prefieres usar TÚ o USTED. Elige la fórmula con la que estés más habituado/a

-    - No olvides responder a todas las pautas que se te piden.

-     - Elige aquel tema que conozcas más a fondo y por tanto del que vas a conocer más vocabulario.

-     - Usa bien el tiempo de preparación para pensar en el tema elegido: aspectos de los que hablar, vocabulario a usar y muy importante nexos de unión entre las ideas.

-    - No te pongas nervioso/a si no recuerdas alguna palabra, intenta explicarla con tus propias palabras a través de un circunloquio.

-     - Si no entiendes bien una pregunta o no estás seguro/a de haberla entendido re-elabórala: “Perdona, quieres decir que… “, “Si he entendido bien, me estás preguntado si…”.

-    - No hagas muchas pausas a la hora de responder, intenta que tu discurso sea fluido, usa fórmulas como: Ehhh…, bien… pues…, entonces…, buenooo…, a ver… cómo lo diría…., vamos a ver…

-   - Escribe un guion con ideas a tratar durante tu monólogo. No podrás leer  respuestas o textos completos pero sí ayudarte con las notas.

-  - No uses siempre los mismos nexos para organizar tus ideas.

-   - Inventa tus propios signos o abreviaturas para los nexos y escríbelos en tu guion: + (además, y, también), X↪ (por eso, por consiguiente), 1/… 2/ ( por una parte… por otra parte) X⇥ (para terminar, para finalizar), 1º, 2º, 3º (en primer lugar… en segundo lugar…), x/xq (por, porque) etc

-   - Sigue un discurso lógico: introducción, desarrollo y conclusión.

-   - Piensa en el tipo de preguntas que te puede hacer el entrevistador y prepara la posible respuesta que vas a dar.

-    - Usa el vocabulario más preciso que conozcas.

-   - Elige la fotografía que te resulte más familiar. Fíjate en los detalles y descríbelos. Usa una pauta en la descripción, por ejemplo, ve de lo general a lo más concreto.

-   - No repitas las misma fórmula usa: Podemos ver, vemos, en la fotografía hay…, se puede ver…

-   - Usa las localizaciones: en primer plano, en segundo plano, al fondo, en la esquina superior/inferior derecha/izquierda, a la izquierda/derecha de la imagen…

-   - Sigue las pautas que aparecen en las diferentes láminas y tarjetas. Recuerda que debes hablar de cada uno de ellas

Colegio Internacional Alicante ha desarrollado este verano un Programa de Estimulación Temprana en el Aprendizaje del Español Lengua Extranjera con niños entre 2 y 7 años. Con un grupo de técnicas educativas especiales y basándonos en el aprendizaje cooperativo y en el desarrollo de las diferentes inteligencias logramos desarrollar capacidades en español. Jugamos, nos disfrazamos, cantamos y bailamos, dibujamos… y sobre todo nos divertimos en nuestros primeros contactos con una nueva lengua.

Nuestros profesores preparan cientos de actividades y juegos con un único objetivo, acercar el español a los niños de una forma divertida. LEARNING SPANISH IS A CHILDREN´S GAME

… a children´s game on the beach!!!! Colegio Internacional Alicante has developed a programme of Early Childhood Intervention in Learning Spanish as a Foreign Language with kids between 2 and 7 years old. This programme will run during the summer. With a system of coordinated services and based in the cooperative learning environment and with the development of the different inteligencies, we promote the child’s growth in Spanish.  Playing, dressing up, singing and dancing, drawing ... and above all having fun on their first contact with a new language.

SPANISH LESSONS AND GREAT TIME

Do you know Alicante's St. John's Bonfires Festival?

They say midsummer brings out the madness in all of us, so don't be surprised if in Alicante in June you see apparently normal people leaping over bonfires on the beach at the dead of night and running into the sea.

•

The longest day, which is officially the summer solstice, is June 21st, however, the midsummer celebrations take place in Alicante two days later, coinciding with St John's (San Juan) day on June 23rd. •Immense papier mâché statues – known as hogueras or fogueres, which means bonfires -,adorn the streets from June 19th onwards.  They are set fire to at the end of the festival, but not until June 24th at midnight.

Alicante's San Juan celebration is the largest in our region, and you could be forgiven, on taking a stroll through its streets in June.

The electrifying, colourful end to the fiesta starts with a huge firework display from Santa Bárbara castle.

Legend has it that you should leap over the bonfires and make a wish, you should then run into the Mediterranean sea and leap over the waves. It is also said that you should write down your heart's desires on a piece of paper and throw it into the flames. Many locals swear by it, with some claiming that their dreams, after being reduced to ashes on San Juan night, always come true.
