Our Courses

1. Intensive Spanish Language Course:

-  20h / week, 2 weeks minimum
- The whole year
-  We guarantee 4 Spanish Language Levels, even with only 1 student

- Number of Students per class: average 8, maximum 12/ 14

2. Spanish Culture or Conversation Course:

- 25h / week; 2 weeks minimum

- The whole year

- Intensive Spanish Course + Introduction to Spanish and South American culture: History, Literature, Economy, Art, Traditions, etc.

- Or extra-conversation

3. DELE Preparatory Course

- This course is aimed at preparing the students to take for the DELE Diploma offered by the Spanish Ministry of Education. This is for intermediate and advanced students. See information about DELE in this manual

- Types:       
A. Intensive Course + 10h/ week on
preparing specially for the exam

B. 10h/ week on preparing specially for the exam

- 4 weeks.

- Approximately a month prior to the examination date

4. Hispanic Course

- 25h/ week; 12 weeks

- Terms:
A. January – March

B. April – June

C. October - December

  - Intensive Course + Civilisation or Conversation Tuition

5. One to One Course

- 20, 25 or 30h / week

- The whole year

- It is based on the student’s linguistic skills, his/ her professional or social needs and personal expectations. Ask us a “tailor-made” course to fit students’ specific needs.

6. Combined Course

- 25 or 30h / week

- The whole year
-  Intensive Spanish Language Course + 1 or 2 hours of private lessons daily

7. Spanish + Latin American Dance

-  2 weeks

- For starting dates please check the calendar of this course.

- Intensive Spanish Language Course 20h/week + dancing lessons 5h/week  

- Morning and afternoon Course

- There is a minimum number of 4 students required for this course, in case there are not enough students, the number of dancing lessons will be reduced in the following way:

*  2 or 3 students:3h/week

*  1 student: 2h/week

Dancing lessons.

8. Course for Groups: Retired People, Teenagers, Professionals, etc.

- Duration of the course, timetable and subjects according the interests of the group concerned + programme of activities and visits.
- An estimate adapted to the duration of the course and the activities requested can be sent.

9. Spanish + GOLF

-  2 weeks

- For starting dates please check the calendar of this course.

- Intensive Spanish Course 20h/week  + GOLF lessons 6h/week

- Morning and afternoon Course

- There is a minimum of 4 students required for this course, in case there are not enough students the number of hours will be reduced in the following way:

* 2 or 3 students: 4h/week

* 1 student: 3h/week

- Golf lessons will be held at Alenda Golf.

- Transfers from Alicante to Alenda Golf (two ways are not included). We will organized this kind of transfer for the students during their stay in Alicante. The cost will be divided between the number of students who has booked the course.

- Lodging in Spanish host families or hotels. Stays in shared apartments are not available for this kind of course.

- Golf lessons will be held:

2h Tuesday, 2h Thursday and 2h Friday. On Friday students will play the last hour in the "mini course" Tee 19th.

- Students under 21 will have 50% off in green fees.

10. Over 50’s Course

-  2 weeks

- For starting dates please check the calendar of this course.

- General Spanish Course 15h/week  + activity program

-  Morning and afternoon Course.

- Students less than 50 years old can participate in this type of course if they have same objectives

- This programme is offered at 2 broad levels: elementary and intermediate.

- In case we would not have a minimum of 3 students to open a specific course for adults, students would be included in an Intensive Spanish Course

- This course is designed for over 50's who wish to learn Spanish in a more relaxed atmosphere. The class will consist in conversational Spanish for daily life:

* asking for directions

* talking about themselves

* ordering drinks or food in a restaurant

* renting a car

* booking a hotel room
*shopping etc

-    Example of activity program:

-          Monday: walking tour

-          Tuesday: Spanish movie and gathering

-          Wednesday: visit to Santa Barbara's Castle

-          Thursday: Salsa lessons

-          Friday: free afternoon

-          Saturday: 1/2 day excursion

-          Monday: free afternoon

-          Tuesday: visit to museums

-          Wednesday: "Chocolate con churros" or "Horchata con fartons" tasting

-          Thursday: visit to old roman village Lucentum

-          Friday: free afternoon
